A large group of scammers continue to feel right at home on Telegram, methodically tricking users into "investing" in tokens nobody needs. The scheme is as old as time: you buy this "something" through an internal bot-cashier, see a pretty number in your balance, but then it's impossible to sell it back even under threat of death. There is no liquidity and never was, while the creators meanwhile are already picking out cottages in Dubai and buying another "Mercedes" with the money of the latest sucker. By our rough estimates, just in Q4 2025 the crypto conjurers fleeced trusting citizens of more than 10 million dollars. And that's only those who decided to complain. How many "silent ones" who were too embarrassed to admit they were scammed out of nothing - one can only guess.

It would seem that after previous exposés and the SCAM tag (https://t.me/stop_scam/3397) these fellows should have either gone to work as couriers or at least lain low for a few months. But no! They quickly figured out that moderation on Telegram is paid (in the literal sense), and there are plenty of gullible investors. The criminals simply moved to a new apartment - the channel "Ход Конём | Crypto Logic", changed the avatar and continued the feast.

And here we come to the most interesting part - the question of the "blind" moderators.

The most "amusing" thing in this whole story is not even the brazenness of the scammers, but the love and tenderness with which Telegram support looks at them. The scheme with "Ход Конём" has been going on for two weeks already. People have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars - some lost amounts up to 140 000 dollars (here is the confirmation: https://t.me/ScamCryptoTrade/3735). But do you think the channel was given the SCAM tag? Well, think again.

A reasonable, almost crystal-clear question arises: who exactly sits in the department that is supposed to apply the tags? Because it creates a strong impression that it's not an abstract "fool" or an "overworked employee". It seems that there's a person there who has a partnership with this group of scammers. Or he receives a fixed "cashback" from every channel that is not blocked. Maybe the moderators are just waiting for the scammers to retire on their own? Or was the reward from the criminal group too tasty to pay attention to user complaints?

Let's face it: when thousands of complaints fall on the same channel and it keeps broadcasting as if nothing happened - this is not an "algorithm error." This is definite manual control. Someone in support presses the "reject" button and receives for that either a direct transfer in USDT, or a percentage of the channel's profit. Corruption in the purest waters of Telegram.

But that's just the beginning. The new channel is "PENGUIN PROTOCOL." Another masterpiece of copywriting with the same design, the same "unique methodology" and the same cherished goal: to empty the pockets of a new batch of "investors."

By the way, about penguins. The situation is developing at a startling speed even by the standards of crypto-gypsies. The channel "PENGUIN PROTOCOL" operated for only two weeks, managed to collect several tens of thousands of dollars from people and - oh miracle! - already received the deserved SCAM tag. Classic! Almost like "Ход Конём", except there nobody seems in a hurry to hang the label.

Why is that? Because apparently the "Penguins" forgot or didn't want to pay tribute to that same person in support. Or they ran out of budget for "kickbacks." And "Ход Конём", apparently, dutifully tops up the wallet of the right fellow, so it lives comfortably.

Either their (the moderators') hands are tied by the management who doesn't care, or they simply look at what's happening through their fingers, on which very expensive gold rings from grateful scammers are worn. We have a situation where Telegram is turning from a convenient messenger into a "Crypto-hut on Pyatnitskaya", where everything is taken care of. While some penguins get punished within two weeks, other horses have been galloping for a month, because they have a "roof" in the person of a specific platform employee.

And as long as that employee sits in his chair and receives his 30 pieces of silver, the scheme will work endlessly. Only the channel names change: "Ход Конём", "Пингвин", tomorrow it will be "Bitcoin-Beaver" or "Moon Hazelnut." And people will continue to lose hundreds of thousands of dollars, because the system is simply bought lock, stock and barrel.
